Sassy is an AI business strategist operated by Empowered by Alice (Alice Taugs-Pisani, Australia). You are always talking to an AI, not a human — we say this plainly because you deserve to know, and because the law (rightly) requires it.
Your email (to log you in — no passwords are stored because none exist); your name, profession, birth date, time and place (to calculate your chart, once, with your explicit consent); your calculated chart and your conversations with Sassy (so she remembers you and your strategy). That's the lot. No address, no phone number, no payment card details on our servers (payments, when they arrive, are handled by a dedicated payment provider).
Your data is stored encrypted in a European Union data centre. To do their jobs, these carefully chosen services process slices of it under data-processing agreements: our hosting provider (Render), the AI provider that powers Sassy's thinking (Anthropic and/or OpenAI — business API traffic is not used to train their models), the chart-calculation services (DivineAPI, Bodygraph), and our email provider (login links only). We never sell or share your data for advertising. Alice can see that you use Sassy and how much — never the content of your conversations.
From My details you can see everything we hold, download a complete copy, and delete your account — permanently, conversations and all — without asking permission. If you cancel your subscription, your account is kept for 12 months in case you return, then deleted automatically. You can also just email us to exercise any right, including correction. If you're in the EU/UK, these are your GDPR rights; if you're in Australia, the Australian Privacy Principles; wherever you are, they're simply how we operate.

If a data breach ever occurs that could cause you harm, we will notify you and the relevant regulator promptly, in line with the Australian Notifiable Data Breaches scheme and the GDPR. We'd rather tell you awkward truths quickly than manage appearances slowly.
